Jigsaw Care Group Limited was created to provide the highest quality personalised care. The group of industry experts who often had been frustrated by the barriers of delivering care in their previous appointments. After many months in the planning it was decided and agreed that they would form Jigsaw Care Group.

The word Jigsaw was chosen as we had experienced that the picture was clear but it takes many aspects and challenges to be joined together to truly see that picture. We want to ensure that by bringing these highly skilled individuals together so we ensure that each piece, each aspect or element on the journey of care is fulfilled.

The vision is a very simple one because it doesn’t need to be complicated, “Care First”. We believe in delivering the care in whatever form is required, it may be Residential, Nursing, Complex Nursing or Supported Living, it is a journey nobody wishes and wants but it our mission to make it the best it can possibly be.

Jigsaw Care Group have appointed a highly skilled and dedicated professional as the Managing Director – Mr Cliff Grand-Scrutton. He is a hands on operator that is passionate about being in the homes on a daily basis.

He has held Executive management positions for over 40 years, having started his career in the military and then transferring those skills to the wider healthcare market including the Social Care, NHS, Private Hospitals, Hospices, and Fertility clinics.

He is passionate about the health and social care provision in this country and advocates for providers and the outstanding contribution they make every day by being a Director on Regional care associations. Cliff is also Chair of Trustees for Dementia Charity and Chair of Advisors for a supported living group.
